Cold rolled forming is an extremely accurate and highly efficient production method of forming profiles in large quantities.

We produce a wide range of cold rolled forming sections including plain and flanged channels in addition to curtain track and other complex sections. Sections can be created with holes or slots multi-punched in one pass.

Pitch accuracies of between 0.125mm and 0.25mm are readily achieved.

The investment in our cold rolled forming machines enable us to handle strip widths ranging from 15mm by 0.5mm thick to 500mm by 5mm thick.
