Cold rolled forming is an extremely accurate and highly efficient production method of forming profiles in large quantities. It is a process that passes strip material through a series of rollers each forming the material a little more than the last to produce a desired shape.
This process offers significant cost and time saving advantages. Sections can be created with holes or slots which not only significantly improves production time but results in a finished product of an exacting precision. Pitch accuracies of between 0.125MM and 0.25MM are readily achieved.
